Ter plaatse wordt u ontvangen door een Belgisch echtpaar, dat ook tijdens uw verblijf uw aanspreekpunt zal zijn.

De villa ligt op 40 minuten rijden van de luchthavens Alicante of Murcia, is volledig gerenoveerd, zeer rustig gelegen en toch is het maar 5 minuten rijden naar het strand!

Op 200 meter bevinden zich een supermarkt, enkele restaurants en bars. Andere bars en restaurants vindt u op 10 minuten wandelafstand.

Op 5 minuten wandelen is er een minigolf met restaurant en zwembad.

De omgeving is een waar paradijs voor fietsers, wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers!

Op 10 minuten rijden kunt u het grote winkelcentrum ‘La Zenia Shoppingcenter’ bezoeken. Voor de golfliefhebbers zijn er maar liefst vier exclusieve golfbanen. Dit op slechts 5 minuutjes met de wagen. Wie liever de kust opzoekt kan terecht op de mooiste zandstranden van de regio: La Zenia, Cabo Roig (met de jachthaven) en Playa Flamenca. De bruisende stad Torrevieja met zijn vele restaurants en bars ligt slechts op 10km. Wie graag een culturele uitstap maakt, kan terecht in Murcia, Cartagena en Alicante.

De villa bevindt zich in de urbanisatie ‘Las Mismosas’ en is uitgerust met een alarm. U hebt er volledige privacy. Het zwembad is 12m op 4.5m en kan verwarmd worden. Er is een buitendouche met warm en koud water. Voor de koude avonden is er terrasverwarming.

Er kunnen twee auto’s staan op de afgesloten oprit.

Alles bevindt zich op het gelijkvloers!

Op het domein is er een villa voor zes personen en een vrijstaand appartement (op 1 meter) voor twee personen. 

 

Huisdieren zijn NIET toegelaten!

The villa is 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport or Murcia airport, it has been completely renovated, has a very quiet surrounding area and yet it is only a 5 minute drive to the beach!

A supermarket, some restaurants and bars are only 200 meters away. Other bars and restaurants are a 10-minute walk.

It only takes a 5 minute walk to a mini golf with restaurant and swimming pool.

The area is a true paradise for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers!

At a 10-minute drive you can visit the large shopping center 'La Zenia Shopping center'. For golf enthusiasts there are no fewer than four exclusive golf courses. This is only 5 minutes by car. Those who prefer the beach can visit the most beautiful sandy beaches of the region: La Zenia, Cabo Roig (with the marina) and Playa flamenca. The town of Torrevieja with its many restaurants and bars is only 10km away. Those who like to make a cultural trip can visit Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante.

The villa is located in the urbanization 'Las Mismosas ' and is equipped with an alarm. You have complete privacy. The pool is 12m by 4.5m and can be heated. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.There is patio heating for the cold evenings.  Two cars can be parked in the closed driveway. Everything is situated on the ground floor!

On the domain there is a villa for six people and a detached apartment (1 meter away) for two people.
